The Office of Recreation Services develops wildlife-viewing areas and trails on wildlife management areas and works with partners to develop wildlife-viewing opportunities, such as the Great Florida Birding Trail, on lands throughout Florida.  Recreation Services works with FWC staff and stakeholders to develop recreation master plans and to design and construct site enhancements on wildlife management areas.

This office develops recreation guides and other interpretive materials to help residents and visitors explore natural areas and learn about wildlife and their habitats.  Staff coordinates volunteer programs that encourage Floridians to become active partners with the FWC in conserving fish and wildlife.
