Bear-Proof Garbage Containers | |||
FWC has designed an inexpensive, bear-resistant cage that will hold two standard-sized garbage barrels. While this cage has been field tested, it may not stand up to the persistent efforts of all bears. The benefits are low cost and ease of construction. You can download building instructions. "Please note: the gap between the 2x4’s should be less than ½" apart instead of 2 1/8” as described in the attached document".
