Executive Director

The executive director provides day-to-day administrative leadership for the 2,100+ full-time and 840+ OPS employees of Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The director serves at the pleasure of the Commissioners, and any new appointee the Commissioners select must also be confirmed by the Senate.

Also included under the executive director's direct supervision is the Fish and Wildlife Research Institute, headquartered in St. Petersburg.
