Nuisance alligator trappers sought in Baker County

Interested in catching nuisance gators? Live in Baker County?

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) Statewide Nuisance Alligator Program is accepting applications for contracted nuisance alligator trappers in Baker County.

Applicants must have a clean criminal history, no fish or wildlife law violations and a valid, working email address. Applicants also must reside in Baker County.

Applications must be received by March 10.

FWC Facts:
Anyone under 21 years of age with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher and operating or controlling a vessel is in violation of Florida law.
