Partners in Stock Enhancement
The Fish and Wildlife Research Institute's Stock Enhancement
Research Facility (SERF) partners with Mote Marine Laboratory and
the Crystal River Mariculture Center to produce hatchery-reared
animals to support the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation
Commission's fisheries management efforts.
The FWC Fisheries Stock Enhancement Program is a partnership with
Mote Marine Laboratory, located in Sarasota.
The Crystal River Mariculture Center is located at Progress Energy
Complex in Crystal River near the Gulf of Mexico.
